Hotel section is the Association’s professional section which addresses specific problems of the members - hoteliers. Being an advisory body itself, it makes suggestions or recommendations to the Council of the Association through its representatives who are members of the Council. A prerequisite of membership in the hotel section is the membership in the Association and due settlement of membership fees.
The meetings of the Hotel section take place irregularly, approximately 6x a year, at a facility of one of its members.

Chairman of the Hotel section is the Vice President of the AHR CR Council in charge of the Hotel section. Chairmen of the pertinent subsections are members of the AHR CR Council elected for the individual subsections.

Activities of the Hotel section in the following areas:

  • Professional activities - Hotel section instigated the creation of a sample contract between accommodation facilities and travel agencies, a frequently discussed area is also the issue of copyright fees and contracts with collective administrators.
  • Hotel classification - Hotel section actively participates in developing quality standards, more information on this topic can be found on a page dedicated to this subject.
  • Discussion - no less important activity of the Hotel section is the discussions on professional subjects, problems faced by the entrepreneurs in the hospitality, hotel and tourism areas, both during the section’s meetings and via discussion forums on the Internet. To pass on experience and knowledge, Club evenings are organized featuring distinguished personalities from within the mentioned areas.

The consulting room makes it possible for the Association members to ask specific questions, which are then answered in co-operation with the Czech Confederation of Commerce and Tourism, or with the external specialists and representatives of the Association respectively. They are then posted on this page along with the relevant answers.

Certification of catering services

Logo firmy HASAAPThe aim of this project is to enhance the level and quality of catering services provided. This is ensured jointly by the Czech Association of Hotels and Restaurants and its partner, company HASAP GASTRO Consulting , s.r.o.. The set target is achieved by generating such standards for catering services that are based on the Czech and EU legislatures effective for the gastronomy area. Their significant part is the application of principles of proper hygienic and production practices (SHVP) and the implementation of the HACCP systems. The standards will be propagated further both in terms of the AHR CR itself and also towards the general and professional publics.

The main reason why the customer should be using the services of the so certified companies is the above-standard assurance of the quality of hygiene embedded in the products. Through regular audits, the certified establishments have to prove that they answer to stringent hygienic requirements, which in many respects are stricter than the relevant legislative requirements. Such operations can then identify themselves with the certificate „Safe Catering,“ which is guaranteed by the company HASAP GASTRO and by the AHR CR.

The project of certification of catering services commenced as early as in the year 2005 as a result of co-operation of the former National federation of hotels and restaurants of the CR with the company HASAP GASTRO Consulting, s.r.o.. The main objective of the project was, and it remains to be to this date, to highlight the importance of escalating level and quality of the offered catering services. Standards have been created for the catering services that are based on the legislature of the Czech Republic and the EU and cover the area of gastronomy, and which rest above all on the principles of proper hygienic and production practices (SHVP) and on the established HACCP systems.

Those operations, which want to evidence that the services rendered by them indeed comply with the given requirements and want to obtain the certificate vested by the Czech Association of Hotels and Restaurants, will undergo a catering services audit. On the basis of this audit, which is carried out by a representative of the company HASAP GASTRO Consulting, s.r.o., it is decided on the conferment or non-conferment of the certificate. However, with the certificate conferred, the journey has not finished yet. The certificates are vested for a period of one year and those operations, which want to identify themselves with the certificate henceforth, will have to undergo annual reviews.

The aim of this page is to create room for mediating the job offers and requests posed by the members of the AHR CR.

S technikou, kterou máme k dispozici, není žádný problém naprogramovat si vlastní rádio a každý den s jinými melodiemi přirozeně harmonizovat duši i tělo.
